Moisture Mirror 3X

As a big brother to the very popular Mirror 2X, the Moisture Mirror 3X needed some additional talents to get ginners’ attention. In addition to the extensive capability list of the Mirror 2X, the Mirror 3X can monitor and control late model Steamroller controls, Sam Jackson auxiliary heaters, and Air Control optimization units for drying system VFD’s.  The Mirror 3X also includes inputs for seed moisture and ambient temperature and relative humidity to help fill its 12” touch screen display.

One of the Mirror 3X's standout features revolves around the following question.  “If a cotton ginner does a great job and nobody sees it, did it really happen?”   This is where the Mirror 3X leaves the 2X behind with data recording of every connected moisture value and temperature for Ethernet-based Sam Jackson products and giving credit for a great job where the credit is due. The data is stored as a daily csv file on a SD card in the touch screen. The file can be retrieved with a USB drive or downloaded over the Internet by using Samuel Jackson's Remote Access Service. Once downloaded, the data can be imported into a spreadsheet program for analysis. One gin even migrated the data into their cotton marketing software.       

Like the rest of the Mirror X models, the Mirror 3X is compatible with the SJI Connect App for monitoring your gin anywhere you go with your iPhone or iPad. If you don't have an iPhone, you can also access the Mirror 3's touchscreen over the Internet with a computer or a tablet device.
